Directions
Consume the recommended serving size of 2 capsules daily, together with food or water. Take your serving at a similar time each day for optimal results.

How long should I take it?
Take 2 capsules a day. Each pack holds 60 capsules, a 1-month supply. The Genesyx programme runs for 90 days, which is three packs.
Can it guarantee a girl or a boy?
No. No supplement can guarantee the sex of a baby. XX and XY Formula provide nutritional support as part of the Genesyx programme, alongside timing, testing and the free app.
Can I take it with other supplements?
